Any merchandise purchased on-line from Papa Johns Golf Carts of Douglasville GA (770) 942-4946 may be returned or exchanged within 10 days, unused and in original condition, for a full refund less shipping, unless it was the result of our error. Non-defective returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% (fifteen percent) of the list price. If your product has been used, or if your product has been returned without its original packaging, we cannot issue a refund. To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which should be obtained within 3 day of receipt of your order. Note: we reserve the right to deny any request for a return. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be issued a refund. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items.
